Each piece is conceived and entirely handmade in the south of France.

Each piece is handmade with love, so they are unique and may vary slightly in size, color and shape.
Occasionally microwaveable.
Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended.
Do not soak the bottom of the mug in liquid; let it dry upside down if possible.

The preparation time for an order is 1 to 3 days.
Delivery time is 2 to 10 days depending on the country and the shipping method chosen.

Absolutely!! The materials used are heat-resistant. However, be careful not to pour hot drinks on it, both for your fingers and your digestion. 🤍
WHY ALLOW SEVERAL WEEKS FOR CREATION?
Each personalized mug is meticulously handcrafted, from the initial shaping to the addition of your favorite text, through drying, the first firing, painting and glazing, and finally a last firing. This painstaking process requires time and patience.
