Are the pieces handcrafted?

Each piece is carefully handcrafted in our studio in Provence, respecting traditional craftsmanship.

Why does my part have slight irregularities?

Slight variations in shape, color, or texture are normal and typical of handmade work. They are not defects, but marks of authenticity that make each piece unique.

How long does it take to make a part?

The creation of a piece involves several meticulous steps: shaping, drying, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing. This process can take several weeks, depending on the piece. Each step is essential to guarantee a high-quality final result.

Where do the materials used come from?

We carefully select our raw materials, primarily from local or European suppliers. The earthenware we use is high-quality, food-safe, and durable.

Are my parts dishwasher safe?

Yes, they are dishwasher safe. However, to maintain their beauty and shine over time, hand washing is recommended, although they are designed for everyday use.

Are my coins microwave safe?

It is advisable to avoid putting the pieces in the microwave too regularly.

Why does the bottom of my coin show signs of wear?

Our pieces are made of earthenware, a material that is naturally porous after firing. When the underside is left unglazed, it may show some signs of wear over time and with use. This is a normal, purely aesthetic phenomenon that has no impact on the quality or food safety of the piece.

SHIPMENTS & DELIVERIES

How long does it take to prepare an order?

Each order is prepared with care and attention. Preparation time generally varies between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the items ordered. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.

What are the delivery times?

For France, delivery typically takes between 2 and 4 business days. For other European Union countries, please allow between 3 and 10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow the delivery of your package.

How much are the shipping costs and/or taxes?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. The exact cost will be provided before you finalize your order.

Taxes are included in the price of your products for all deliveries within the European Union. We are not responsible for any additional charges (other taxes and customs fees).

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently deliver to Europe.

Is it possible to make a return?

This is only possible if the parts received are defective. In this case, please contact us via email at shop@heuremiroir.com, attaching photos of the situation.
